Care & Joy Disability Support is a registered NDIS provider delivering person centred disability support for people living with disability, including NDIS participants and privately funded clients across the Central Coast and Sydney.
Our support is designed around each person’s individual needs, preferences, routines and goals. We believe every person should have choice and control over the support they receive and how they want to live their life.

Our Story
Care & Joy Disability Support was born from a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. Our founder, Claudia Campos, built her first service business over 12 years ago. What started as a dedicated household assistance company quickly revealed a greater purpose. Through years of building trust and stepping into clients' homes with respect, we realised our true calling was supporting the people inside them.
This foundation of reliability and care naturally evolved into Care & Joy. We did not just appear overnight. We grew from more than a decade of proven commitment to our local community. Overcoming challenges and expanding our vision, we transitioned our focus entirely to where our hearts have always been: empowering individuals to live with confidence and dignity.
Today, as a registered NDIS provider, we channel our extensive experience into delivering tailored disability support. Guided by our enduring values of care, quality, respect, reliability and joy, we are here to support your journey with a solid foundation you can trust.
